Marc Thompson (born November 19, 1970) is an American voice actor at 4Kids Entertainment, NYAV Entertainment, NYAV Post, and DuArt Film and Video. Marc has been voice acting for over 14 years. He lent his voice to Anthony DeMartino, Timothy O’Neill, Kevin Thompson, and Charles “Upchuck” Ruttheimer III on the series Daria. Featured and standout roles include Casey Jones (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003), Wolverine (Astonishing X-Men), Cobra Commander/Destro/Zartan/Kamakurt (G.I. Joe Sigma Six), numerous characters on Pokemon (Saturn, Maxie, Don George, Ken (of the Pokémon Mystery Club), Kail/Kam, Colonel Hansen, Loudred (Mystery Dungeon), Gliscor, Mamoswine, Unova Pokédex, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Tepig, Pignite, Ninja Riot), numerous characters on five Yu-Gi-Oh! series (Duke Devlin, Valon, Rafeal, Mr. Huffington, Dimitri, Skilled White Magician, Jagger Princeton, Frost, Young Kagemaru, The D, Chazz Princeton (episode 90 onwards), many more), Kid Muscle, Eskara, Tyrannoclaw, Ramenman (Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy), and many more roles ranging from anime roles to Western animation roles. Additionally, Marc has voiced characters in various video games, primarily spin-off titles associated with his anime and animation roles.
He has also provided the narration and voices for many Star Wars audiobooks since 2006 including Timothy Zahn’s Thrawn Trilogy. He was a minister of the International Churches of Christ, Greater New York Chapter. Marc earned a BFA in 1997 from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
