Carrie Sleutskaya is a professional high-end fashion designer, costume fabricator for the music, television, and film industries as well as an artist, product designer, and illustrator. Her clientele ranges from rock stars and celebrities to mainstream brands like Disney, Marvel Studios, DC Universe, Cartoon Network, and more.

Originally born in Russia, Carrie’s family emigrated to the U.S. where she was raised in Southern California. She attended OTIS College of Art and Design and operates her own label called Halcyon. She is known to fans of her work as lollivamp. Carrie is a big fan of Japanese anime and was one of the first individuals to work on branding and product designs for the Hatsune Miku anime character in the U.S. market.

Carrie’s talents in fashion design landed her on season 13 of Project Runway where she was recognized for her signature blue hair.  In 2015, Carrie was invited to co-host Fashion School Crash Course for Sew News Magazine in partnership with Project Runway. She works on designs from high end clothing to mass market fashion.

Carrie has worked as costume fabricator for multiple movies, notably Predator (2018), Black Panther (2017), Ad Astra (2019), The Space Between US (2017), and tv programs Supergirl (CW), Scream Queens, Future Man (Hulu), Powerless (Hulu), Lab Rats (Disney), Liv & Maddie (Disney), promotion for Sharknado 3 with SyFy and a commercial for Blizzard promoting the game Heroes of the Storm.

Carrie has worked on various graphic and logo design projects in the gaming industry for titles including Tekken 7, Agents of Mayhem, Dishonored 2 (Bethesda), Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Call of Duty: XP 2016, Crucible (Amazon Game Studios), and Monster Strike.

Carrie currently resides in Los Angeles with her pug Lola.
